伊藤忠都市開発は伊藤忠グループの不動産開発事業の長年の経験と実績の歴史の中で、1997年に誕生し、「価値」の創造と具現化、「品質」のこだわりをモットーに、分譲マンションをはじめ様々な不動産の開発を行ってまいりました。
分譲事業では、創立10周年にあたる2007年に、ブランド名を、長年ご愛顧いただきました『イトーピア』から、『CREVIA（クレヴィア）』に一新し、ライフスタイルの多様化に対応する商品の開発やサービスの提供など、新たな価値の創造に取り組んでおります。
また、近年では、賃貸住宅や学生ドミトリーの他、物流施設、オフィスビル、ホテル開発など、住宅分野以外にもフィールドを広げ、総合不動産デベロッパーとして、お客様からの幅広いニーズにお応えできるよう、グループシナジーを発揮しながら事業領域の拡大を推進してまいりました。

Greetings from the President
ITOCHU Property Development, Ltd. was established in 1997, backed by many years of the ITOCHU Group’s experience and track record in property development. Guided by our motto of “creation and implementation of value” and “commitment to quality,” we have developed an impressive range of real-estate projects, including condominium apartments and much more.
In our condominium sales division, in 2007, which marks the 10th anniversary of its establishment, we renewed the brand name from “Itopia,” which has been loved for many years, to “CREVIA.” Through the CREVIA brand, ITOCHU Property Development is committed to generating fresh value by developing products and services that respond to today’s diversifying modes of living.
In recent years, in addition to rental housing and student dormitories, we have expanded our fields beyond that of the residential field, such as our move into logistics facilities, office buildings, and hotel development. Also, as a comprehensive real estate developer, we have been promoting the expansion of our business areas while demonstrating our group synergy in order to meet a wide range of customer needs.
Based on our corporate philosophy of “responding to the times to build a way forward,” our company will always pursue manufacturing from the perspective of our customers in anticipation of major social changes. We will also try to attain a sustainable society while creating new value.
